Early Booking Cancellation Guarantee enables our guests to cancel their booking up to 7 days before their arrivals without submitting any document or excuse.The amount paid for the reservation is refunded to the guest within 10 working days on the same conditions as how the payment was made.

Early Booking Cancellation Guarantee fee itself is not covered by the refund.

Early Booking Cancellation Guarantee is not applicable for the transportation charges.

For the guests who do not purchase the Early Booking Cancellation Guarantee, the provisions of the cancellation conditions stated in our reservations and on our web site will be valid.
